Questions about pricing
- Why $12/mo and not the prosumer $20 anchor?
- Endenza’s extraction-cap principle: prices are set to be fair, not maximal. The Setup/Suite loop stays open on Free; $12 charges for hosted capacity, more canvases, retention, and polish while maintaining margin via BYOK passthrough today and the hosted $10 credit pool when it lands in Q3.
- When does the hosted Claude credit pool land?
- Coming Q3. Until then Pro is BYOK-only on Council + Maestro + Terminal — same one-key workflow as Free, but with Pro’s 10 canvases, custom domain, cloud-side autopilot, retained history, premium packs, and Suite publishing/installing. When the credit pool lands you’ll get a $10/mo budget against hosted Claude with BYOK passthrough for unlimited use beyond that.
- How do you handle taxes?
- Polar.sh is our Merchant of Record. They collect + remit GST/HST/VAT/sales tax in 60+ jurisdictions on our behalf, so you get a tax-compliant invoice without us asking your country.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your account; access continues to the end of the current period. No proration recovery, no “contact sales” routing.
- What about Teams?
- Shared setups + multi-seat controls arrive in v1.5. Until then everyone’s on Free or Pro. If you’re three creators wanting one workspace today, ping us — we’ll figure something out.
